  • Initial Consultation

    FREE

    15 minute phone call to see if I would be a good fit for you and vice versa.

  • Individual psychotherapy session

    $150/ hour

    16 years of age and older. Both in-person & virtual sessions.

  • Student rate

    $80/ hour

    Individual psychotherapy for students (16 years+). Please inquire about eligibility for reduced fees. Virtual-only at this time.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Payment Policy

  • Please allow 24 hours or more to cancel or reschedule appointments.

  • Late cancellations, late rescheduling or no-shows will be charged a $75 fee.

  • Payments are accepted via e-transfer to jbhealthmoves@gmail.com within 24 hours after the session has occurred.

  • Although covered by most extended health insurance plans, it is best to check directly with your provider to ensure coverage.
